(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Unless otherwise provided, penalties for the violation of §§ 111.01 through 111.09 shall be in accordance with the general penalty found in § 10.99. In addition to, or in place of, any or all criminal actions that may be undertaken, the city may seek enforcement of division (B) through whatever civil remedies may be available, including without limitation, the filing of a civil action for the collection of such license fees that are due.

(C) Any person violating the provisions of § 111.09 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100.
