§ 111.09 PUBLIC DISPLAY, EXHIBITION OR DRINKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Prohibition. Public drinking or public display or exhibition of an alcoholic beverage is hereby prohibited as a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Posting required.
      (1)   All bars, stores or other businesses selling alcoholic beverages shall display by a door thereof, in a conspicuous location, the substantive wording of this section on a sign. Such sign shall indicate the maximum fine for a conviction of this section.
      (2)   The following is an example of such sign:
         “Anyone leaving the premises with an open container of an alcoholic beverage is subject to a $100.00 fine.”
