§ 52.15 APPROVAL REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or permit the use of any water produced from any such well until the quality of the water produced from any such well has been approved by the state commission on environmental quality. It shall be unlawful for any person to use or permit the use of any water produced from such well until a certificate of completion has been issued by the Public Works Director of the city.
