§ 10.29 PARK REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Atascosa River Regional Park regulations. See the regulations set out in § 96.01.
   (B)   Swimming in atascosa river prohibited. Swimming is hereby prohibited in the Atascosa River within the corporate limits of the City of Pleasanton. Swimming, as used herein, shall include bathing, wading, and any other water contact recreational activity.
   (C)   Municipal swimming pool charges. The following charges are in effect for admission to the Pleasanton Municipal Swimming Pool: See City offices for most recent pool regulations and the like.
   (D)   Authority and responsibility of little league association in parks. The Pleasanton City Council approved the establishment of the Pleasanton Little League Association as the organization responsible for the use of the ball diamonds at the Atascosa River Park and Noon Lions Club Park. The City Council approved the rules enumerated in this division to assure orderly scheduling of games and the proper field maintenance required for the senior and little league fields in the Atascosa River Park, and the little league field at the Noon Lions Club Park.
      (1)   The use of the Senior League Field in the Atascosa River Park is granted to the Pleasanton Little League Association during the period beginning March 15 through July 15. In the event of championship games for regional, state or other scheduled playoffs, the time limit will be extended.
      (2)   The use of little league fields in the Atascosa River Park and the Noon Lions Club Park is granted to the Pleasanton Little League Association during the period beginning March 15 through July 15 each year. In the event of championship games for regional, state or other scheduled playoffs, the time limit will be extended.
      (3)   The Pleasanton Little League Association is granted full responsibility for game scheduling, field maintenance, operation of equipment and facilities, and cleanup of all facilities used.
   (E)   Penalty. Any person convicted of violation of this section shall be fined as provided for in this code of ordinances, unless property damage was committed, in which case, the appraised costs of repairs to damaged park property will also be included with the fine and assessed to the violator. In addition to the foregoing, the violator may also, at the discretion of the presiding judge, be restricted from entering park premises for a period up to one year.
