(A) Unlawful. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any hog or pig within the city limits at any time with the exception of a Vietnamese pot-bellied pig.
(B) Pot-bellied pigs. No more than two Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs may be kept or harbored as a pet, provided:
(1) The animals are restrained by leash or within a durable fenced enclosure area; and
(2) The owner is responsible for having the pigs vaccinated as required, and must show proof of those vaccinations before obtaining the required annual license equivalent to the dog licensure fee.
