§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding $500 or as provided by state law. Each day the violation continues shall be deemed as a separate and complete offense. At the discretion of the judge who has jurisdiction over this offense, the judge may dismiss a violation under this chapter if the defendant remedies the violation within ten working days of the date of citation, upon the assessment by the judge and payment by the defendant of a special expense fee of $25 for dismissal of a violation under this chapter.
   (B)   Any person who shall aid, abet or assist in the violation of any provision of this code or any other ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in division (A) above.
