7-6-4: DAMAGING FACILITIES:

It is unlawful for any person to wilfully and maliciously break or injure any dam, canal, pipeline, watergate, ditch, or other means of diverting or conveying water for irrigation or other useful purposes. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 97-6, 2-18-1997; amd. 2003 Code)
