7-6-2: PERMIT REQUIRED:
It is unlawful for any person to construct, build, put in or install in, over or across any public irrigation ditch, public drainage ditch or public watercourse within the city, any bridge, culvert, piping or covering without first obtaining a permit therefor as in section 7-6-3 of this chapter. (1990 Code § 12.12.020)
