6-2-9: BOARDING OR ALIGHTING FROM VEHICLE:

No person shall board or alight from any streetcar or vehicle while such streetcar or vehicle is in motion. Violations of this section shall be a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1990 Code § 10.08.100)
