4-2-27: PENALTY:
If any person shall violate any provisions of this chapter, he shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1990 Code § 8.28.320; amd. 2003 Code)
