§ 95.56 OTHER MATERIALS PLACED ON GRAVES.
   (A)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OTHER MATERIALS. All items, other than headstones or other permanent memorials authorized to be erected or placed under § 95.28, placed on graves to include, but not be limited to, flags, decorations of a temporary character, funeral designs, cut flowers, pin wheels, ribbons, photographs, and all other items other than vases conforming to § 95.55.
   (B)   The cemetery reserves the right to remove and/or dispose of any flowers, wreaths, or containers of any type should they interfere with mowing, maintenance or become displaced or unsightly due to the wind or other causes. The cemetery is not responsible for damaged or stolen floral pieces or other decorations.
   (C)   On Memorial Day, cut flowers and wreaths are permitted for only one week following Memorial Day. The cemetery will pick up and dispose of any remaining at the end of that time to facilitate mowing and maintenance.
