Wooden vases shall not be permitted in the cemetery, and if owners allow their vases to become unsightly for lack of paint or to otherwise become in bad repair, they shall, upon receipt of notice to that effect, have same painted or repaired so as to put them in reasonably good condition, failing to do which, the Cemetery Superintendent may remove same from the cemetery.
