§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 72.01 shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $18.75 nor more than $25 and costs.

   (C)   Any person violating § 72.02 shall be fined and any sum not less than $10 but not more than $25 for each and every violation thereof.

   (D)   Any person who violates § 72.03 shall be fined not less than $25 and no more than $2,500 for each offense. A court appearance shall be required for any person issued a citation for exceeding the maximum speed limit by at least 31 mph.
