§ 72.02 SPEED LIMITS OF EMERGENCY MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A) For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      EMERGENCY MOTOR VEHICLE. Includes, but is not limited to the following when on emergency runs:
         (a)   Ambulances;
         (b)   Law enforcement cars and motorcycles;
         (c)   Fire engines and fire equipment; and
         (d)   Civil defense vehicles.
   (B)   No person shall drive an emergency motor vehicle within the town at a speed greater than 55 mph.
