§ 93.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750. Except where otherwise provided by law, all fines and penalties received for violation of any provision of this chapter shall be paid to the city and used for the policing, care, supervision, maintenance and improvements of the premises. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 93.045 will be subject to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $200 per incident and a six-month suspension of privileges to operate a watercraft or boat on the reservoir.
   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 93.080 will be subject to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $200 per day per offense.
