(A) The city agrees to assign the Pikeland Sky Chiefs the area designated on the map attached to Ord. 1274 for use by the Club.
(B) The Pikeland Sky Chiefs shall administer the aforesaid area, provide on-site supervision during the times which their models are operating and as assigned by the city, and shall post the area accordingly with the rules and regulations pertaining to the use of models.
(C) At times that this area is in use and being supervised by the Pikeland Sky Chiefs, users permitted to use the facilities must be current members of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) and shall abide by all rules and regulations posted and administered by the Pikeland Sky Chiefs, including but not limited to the AMA Safety Code. The Pikeland Sky Chiefs shall have the authority to request that violators of such rules and regulations remove themselves from the premises. At all other times, any use of these facilities shall be at the user’s own risk and in accordance with any posted times, rules and/or regulations.
(D) Individuals that are nonmembers of the AMA shall be permitted to use the premises provided that they have received a permit to do so from the City Clerk. The application for said permit shall include a proof of insurance certificate which would indicate coverage in an amount of at least $2,500,000 combined single limit for personal injury or property damage and shall include the city as an additional insured. Said permit shall be valid for the length of the insurance coverage.
