§ 93.045 MAXIMUM HORSEPOWER.
   (A)   All boats or watercraft with or without internal combustion engines may be operated on the city reservoir (Pittsfield Lake). No person shall operate a boat faster than slow-no-wake on the city reservoir (Pittsfield Lake). Slow-no-wake means the speed at which a boat moves as slowly as possible while still maintaining steerage control.
   (B)   Fishing tournaments may be allowed on the city reservoir. No more than two fishing tournaments will be permitted per month. Tournament scheduling shall be through the City Clerk’s office in order of application. No more than 25 boats will be allowed for tournament fishing. No fish will be taken from the lake during tournaments. Tournament directors will ensure compliance with this section.
   (C)   The City Council shall have the authority to set boat launch fees by resolution.
   (D)   The City of Pittsfield shall place and maintain a synopsis of the ordinance at all public access points on Pittsfield Lake.
   (E)   Any person violating eh provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of $150 and loss of boating privileges on Pittsfield Lake.
