§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)(1)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 51.01 through 51.11(A), 51.12 through 51.17 and 51.19 shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the time period stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations. The city may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of those sections.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (A)(1) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $750 for each violation. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of the sections identified in division (A)(1) above shall be liable to the city by reason of the violation.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 51.11(B), 51.30 through 51.38 and 51.40 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.
