§ 51.36 REVENUE.
   (A)   All revenue and money derived from the operation of the sewerage system shall be deposited in the sewer fund of the city. All revenue and money shall be held by the City Clerk separate and apart from all other funds of the city and all of the sum shall be delivered by the City Treasurer not more than 30 days after receipt of it, or at more frequent intervals as may, from time to time, be directed by the Mayor and City Council.
   (B)   The Treasurer shall receive all revenue from the sewerage system and all other funds and money incident to the operation of the system as they may be delivered to him or her and deposit them in the account of the city sewer fund. The Treasurer shall administer the fund in every respect in the manner provided by statute of the state Municipal Code, ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5.
