(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Penalty for failure to disperse by a police officer, acting under authority of § 32.43, shall be a misdemeanor for failure to comply with the order and shall be punishable upon conviction by a fine or imprisonment, as provided in G.S. § 14-4-288.5 and implementing G.S. § 166A-19.31(b)(1) relating to movements of people.
