§ 111.37 PROHIBITED NEAR BANK OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.
   No person shall beg, panhandle, or solicit alms or contributions from another person within 20 feet of an entrance or exit of any bank or financial institution or within 20 feet of any automated teller machine.
