(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person or any agent violating any of the provisions of §§ 111.01 through 111.04 and 111.15 through 111.20, or knowingly filing a false affidavit in connection with the application provided in the foregoing sections shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

(C) Violation of §§ 111.36 through 111.38 shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall subject the violator to a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than seven days.
