§ 111.02 SOUND VEHICLES RESTRICTED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise any goods, wares, or merchandise of any kind by the use of any amplifying equipment used by or mounted on any vehicle, boat, or aircraft without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Town Clerk of Chief of Police.
