§ 93.12 LOCATION OF STOCK PENS.
   (A)   No hog pen, cattle pen, horse or mule lot, poultry house, hitching or standing place for horses or cattle, or any other place where animal manure accumulates shall be maintained or used within 300 feet of a lake, its streams, or tributaries.
   (B)   All such pens and lots shall be cleaned at least once a month and the accumulated manure or other decaying matter disposed of in the barnyard manure pile or compost heap, or it may be spread upon the land in a manner not in conflict with § 93.11.
   (C)   This section shall apply within a distance of five miles of the waterworks intake.
