§ 93.11 COMPOST OR MANURE NOT TO BE SPREAD.

(A) No spreading of any barnyard manure or compost shall be permitted within 250 feet of the margin of a lake or any streams or tributaries thereto without being plowed in or otherwise covered within ten hours after being spread.

(B) This section shall apply only within a distance of five miles of the waterworks intake.
