As used in this chapter, "off-highway motor vehicle" means and includes any motorcycle, motor-driven cycle, or motor vehicle commonly referred to as a sand buggy, dune buggy, all-terrain vehicle or jeep. (Ord. 94-07 § 1 (part), 1994)
10.22.020 Prohibition.
No person shall operate any off-highway motor vehicle on any undeveloped property, whether public or private, within the city limits, without the written permission of the property owner. (Ord. 94-07 § 1 (part), 1994)
10.22.030 Violation--Penalty.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction. (Ord. 94-07 § 1 (part), 1994)
