§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any section of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 91.02 or 91.04 shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor on a first offense. On a second offense, the person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree, and on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor in the third degree.
   (C)   Whoever violates §§ 91.20, 91.35, or 91.36 shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
