Section 414-4.1019 of the adopted code is amended to read as follows:
414-4.1019 Enforcement Penalties. Any person violating this chapter or regulations issued hereunder, by failing to submit plans, obtain necessary inspections and approvals, or pay fees or by commencing or continuing construction or remodeling in violation hereof shall be guilty of an infraction and in addition to any penalty that may be adjudged, shall pay triple the appropriate fee.
