15.50.040 DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY.
   For purposes of enforcing this chapter, the City Council delegates its authority to the health officer of Contra Costa County. Appeals are delegated to the board of supervisors of Contra Costa County with the procedures as described in Section 414-4.1017 of the adopted code. (Ord. 483 § 1(part), 1986).
