15.44.040 NUISANCE.
   Every trailer coach, tent or tenthouse maintained in violation of this chapter is a public nuisance; and the City Attorney shall, upon order of the City Council , take such proceedings as are necessary to abate the nuisance. (Ord. 410 § 1(part), 1981).
