The Housing and Property Maintenance Code for the City is the California Housing Law Regulations as set forth in Division 13, Part 1.5, commencing with Section 17910, in the Health and Safety Code (as amended) combined with the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) except as amended by the changes, additions and deletions set forth in this Chapter.
