Wastewater may be discharged into the city-owned sewer for collection, treatment, and disposal by the city provided that such wastewater discharge is in compliance with this chapter and the conditions of any industrial wastewater permit and/or permit contract; and further provided that the user pays all applicable city sewer fees and charges including any penalties or charges assessed under this chapter.
