A. Appeal. Any person who requested a hearing may, within ten days after notice of the decision therein by the public works director or his/her designee, given pursuant to Section 12.32.120, appeal such decision to the
City Council
pursuant to the appeals procedure contained in Section 12.32.140.
B. Action by
City Council
. Upon consideration of the appeal, the
City Council
may affirm, modify or reverse the decision being appealed. (Ord. 98-100 § 1(part), 1998).
