12.32.090 ADVERTISING ON NEWSRACKS.
   No newsrack shall be used for advertising signs or publicity purposes other than one concerned with the display, sale or distribution of the newspaper distributed from it. The name of the newspaper should be affixed to the bottom of the display window. There shall be no graphics on the sides, back or top of any newsracks. (Ord. 98-100 § 1(part), 1998).
