A. Use of a newsrack shall be deemed permanently discontinued when no new publication has been placed in such newsrack for a period of thirty days, except that a newsrack remaining empty due to a labor strike or temporary interruption of distribution or publication shall not be deemed permanently discontinued.
B. When use of a newsrack is permanently discontinued, it shall be removed and the location restored to its previous condition in accordance with standards established by the public works director. (Ord. 98-100 § 1(part), 1998).
