12.20.040 ACCEPTANCE OF RAILROAD TRACK WAY AND CURBING.
   Acceptance of a street or crossing, or portions thereof, shall not be deemed an acceptance of that portion required to be kept in order or repair by any person or company having railroad tracks thereon. (Prior code § 46).
