12.16.060 VIOLATION – PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or imprisonment in the city jail of the city of Pinole or the county jail of the county of Contra Costa for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 99 § 6, 1956).
