10.76.010 VIOLATIONS DEEMED INFRACTIONS WHEN – PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of Chapters 10.04 through 10.74 is guilty of an infraction, unless otherwise specified. Any person who is convicted of a violation of Chapters 10.04 through 10.74 shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.12 insofar as applicable to infractions. (Ord. 99-111 § 2, 1999).
