10.74.020 PROHIBITION AGAINST SOLICITATION IN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS, MEDIANS, SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS.
   It is unlawful for any person, to solicit, or attempt to solicit, employment, business or contributions of money or other property from any person traveling in a vehicle along a public right-of-way, or from any person traveling in a vehicle preparing to enter or exiting a public right-of-way. (Ord. 99-111 § 1(part), 1999).
