2.20.030 FINANCE DIRECTOR – APPOINTMENT BY CITY MANAGER - DUTIES. 
   The position of finance director is created and established, and the position shall be filled by appointment of and serve at the pleasure of the City Manager. The finance director shall be fully responsible for all functions and duties of the finance department, as established by state law, ordinance or resolution. (Ord. 300 § 1.03, 1971).
