10.69.030 VIOLATION AN INFRACTION.
   A citation may be issued in accordance with § 1.12.020. A person charged with an infraction is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day that he or she sold a pocket bicycle or motorized scooter without providing the information required in § 10.69.020. (Ord. 2005-02 §1(part), 2005).
