10.64.420 BICYCLE ESTABLISHMENT – LICENSE – HEARING OF APPEALS.
   The Council shall set the time and place for hearing the appeal, and notice of the time and place shall be given by the City Clerk in the manner provided for notice of hearing for revocation or denial by the City Manager in Section 10.64.410. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
