10.64.410 BICYCLE ESTABLISHMENT – LICENSE – APPEAL FILING.
   Any person aggrieved by the decision of the City Manager has the right to appeal to the City Council . The appeal shall be taken by filing with the City Clerk a written statement of the grounds for appeal within fourteen days after receiving notice of the decision of the City Manager. (Ord. 432 § 2 (part), 1982).
