10.64.370 BICYCLE ESTABLISHMENT – RECEIVING ARTICLES FROM CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED.
   No person operating a bicycle establishment shall take in exchange or receive, any goods, article, bicycle part or bicycle, from any person under the age of eighteen years or from any person under the influence of intoxicating liquor. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
