10.64.360 BICYCLE ESTABLISHMENT – LICENSE NONTRANSFERABLE.
   No person having a bicycle establishment license under the provisions of this title shall transfer, sell, assign, loan or permit any person to have or use his or her license or permit. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
