10.64.340 BICYCLE ESTABLISHMENT – LICENSE TO OPERATE REQUIRED.
   No person or persons in the city shall establish, carry on or operate a bicycle establishment, except as authorized by this article, and without first obtaining a license from the City Clerk. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
