10.64.330 BICYCLE RENTAL AGENCY REQUIREMENTS.
   All persons engaged in operating a bicycle rental agency for the purpose of renting or lending bicycles to patrons shall first obtain a license plate for each bicycle so used by paying therefor the regular registration fee. License plates thus obtained by bicycle rental agencies shall not be transferred from one bicycle to another. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
