10.64.320 SALE OR TRANSFER OF BICYCLE – SECONDHAND VEHICLES.
   All persons engaged in the business of buying secondhand bicycles are required to keep daily records and make monthly reports to the police department, giving the name and address of each bicycle purchased, the serial number thereof and the number of the license sticker found thereon, if any. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
