10.64.310 BICYCLE LICENSE – TRANSFER.
   A.   License plates are not transferable from one bicycle to another or from one owner to another.
   B.   It shall be the duty of the purchaser of such bicycle to make application for a new license in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
