10.64.290 ABANDONED BICYCLES.
   All abandoned bicycles and unidentified bicycles remaining in the hands of the chief of police shall be disposed of in accordance with Chapter 4, Division 3, of the California Civil Code. (Ord. 432 § 2 (part), 1982).
